Problem

The work done on the exterior drainage system to prevent water from seeping into our basement was very good….we are satisfied with your teams experience and Scott really explained what we could expect thru the process. The reason we selected PEP Waterproofing was your waterproofing system with the two perforated drains is great—no one else offered that option. It is nice to have a dry basement and not to have to mop up everytime it rains.

For the past 10 years we have been going to the Lake and discovering more and more damage in our downstairs bedroom and recreation area. Since we used PEP Waterproofing our basement at our lake house has never leaked. No more seepage on the basement carpet. Wanted to take a moment for to say thanks for a job well done. Pat did a nice job teaching us why the crawl space was causing problems for our family. I also appreciate you referring the electrician who did work. Having a home but not living at the Lake of the Ozarks is a challange at times finding dependable, honest contractors. The crawl space is now bone dry and the sump works great.

The team from PEP Waterproofing did a great job for us on the installation of our interior drain tile waterproofing system, sealing the crawl space and installation of the sump pump and dehumidifier. Installation was in the fall of 2014 and since than I have had no leaks. Just recently received approx. 10 inches of rain and no leaks. Completely satisfied with the work and system. I don’t have to worry anymore about water when we get heavy rains. Great job PEP.
