Problem

I thank you for the fabulous crawl space liner you installed. It was well worth the investment. Before we had the the liner, our family had rampant allergies due to the wet, nasty crawl space. Whenever we walked into the front door the odor was strong, a mildew smell. The crawl space liner has made an amazing differnce. Our allergy problems have dissipated and now the house smells normal. What a relief!

For the past 10 years we have been going to the Lake and discovering more and more damage in our downstairs bedroom and recreation area. Since we used PEP Waterproofing our basement at our lake house has never leaked. No more seepage on the basement carpet. We wish we had fixed this wet basement years ago. we’ll tell our friends and neighbors.

Excellent work on fixing the crawl spaces.  fine, respectful young men did the installation.  You keep up the good work and God Bless you all.

Several years ago I had PEP Waterproofing install a sump pump in the lower level of my office building. Every time it rains the sump pump has kicked in and removed the water. I have had no trouble whatsoever with this pump, and would highly recommend anyone needing waterproofing to consider using PEP Waterproofing; they are totally awesome!

Wanted to take a moment for to say thanks for a job well done. Pat did a nice job teaching us why the crawl space was causing problems for our family. I also appreciate you referring the electrician who did work. Having a home but not living at the Lake of the Ozarks is a challange at times finding dependable, honest contractors. The crawl space is now bone dry and the sump works great.

Pep Waterproofing did a very nice job on our crawl space.  Scott and Lisa were familiar with our problem and did fix it.  Thanks for the book all about why crawl spaces cause problems and are a source of unhealthy air.  Also, thanks for helping my wife and patiently answering all her questions.

PEP Waterproofing came recommended by our plumber…..excellent job putting in the fiberlock basment repair system….very professional and fair price to repair.

Saved us roughly $5,000 and did twice the work, that there competitors would do. Normally a 3 day job, was completed in 1. Very pleased with the results and within a few days, noticed the difference between a wet crawl space and a dry one.
