What Causes Poor Yard Drainage?
Most yard drainage issues we see occur because of improper grading of a yard or a lack of proper sized gutters and downspouts.
Grading needs to be done so the when it rains the water flows away from the foundation. During periods of heavy rain it is wise to ensure not only are your gutters clean but the size of the gutters is big enough to handle to quantity of water during a storm. Downspouts need to be properly set so the water is moved away from a structure.
